On 26th of February 2010 under the decision of the Supervisory Board, the President of the Board of BSB Sp. z o.o. - Sławomir W. Zawadzki was appointed.

Sławomir W. Zawadzki graduated in the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, MBA Department of Business Management at the University of Wisconsin (USA) and postgraduate studies on the European Knowledge of World Economy Research Institute at Warsaw School of Economics. In 1995-96 he was a Scholar of the U.S. Congress of the East Central European Scholarship Program administered by the Georgetown University (Washington, USA). He gained experience in U.S. companies and financial institutions. After his return his professional career was focused on finances management

In 1997-98 he served as Under-Secretary of State in the Office of the Committee for European Integration supervising the funds of the European Union and foreign financial support for Poland. From 1998 to 2001 he held the position of Post Bank SA Vice President Chief Financial Officer. In the following years, being a member of Polish Oil SA, then Petrogaz Orlen Plock Management Boards and the Director of Investment Department in Warsaw Municipal Government Office, he was responsible for finances management. Since 2007 he was the adviser of the President of the National Bank of Poland and Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Budgets of the NBP. In 2007-2008 he was a member of the Council of Bank Guarantee Fund.
